Anna Wallenberg is a visionary leader with over two decades of experience in high-paced retail and pharmacy sectors. As CEO of Reitan Convenience Sweden (RCS), she successfully navigated the company through a significant transformation, balancing robust financial performance with industry-leading sustainability and digital innovation. Known for her strategic clarity and authentic, values-driven leadership, Anna has been instrumental in redefining the convenience landscape in Sweden.

She currently serves as CEO of Reitan Convenience Sweden and as a board member of Bokusgruppen AB and Best Transport AB.

Since taking the helm in 2021, Anna has overseen a national network of nearly 400 stores, including iconic brands Pressbyrån and 7-Eleven. Her tenure has been marked by pioneering initiatives, such as developing the innovation lab Pressbyrån PBX, where sustainable convenience ambitions take physical form in a store to help shape „the convenience industry of tomorrow,“ as well as successfully launching large-scale digital loyalty programs. During her time at RCS, she has also managed to reposition 7-Eleven as the go-to brand for “foodvenience” in the Swedish market, as well as leading the ongoing brand renewal and conceptual development of Pressbyrån. She has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive transformation, resulting in record-breaking customer engagement and a strengthened market position.

Anna holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Uppsala University. With a deep commitment to „The REITAN Way“ and a focus on empowering the company’s entrepreneurs and employees, she continues to lead RCS toward its goal of shaping the future of convenience through innovation, inclusivity, and more sustainable choices.
