The Global Convenience Leadership Circle

12. November 2026
Day Architecture — Fishbowl Design & Full-Day Agenda

Format & Programme at a glance

12 November, from noon to the closing reception: the Convenience Leaders Convention unfolds in three focused Hours of Power, framed by a networking lunch, two networking breaks and a farewell reception.
At the centre of the room sits a ten-chair Executive Fishbowl: eight thought leaders — four of them lead experts briefed on a specific topic — plus two chairs left permanently open to the floor.
Across the three Hours of Power, nine Keynote Snacks (5 minutes each) set up nine 15-minute discussions — nine strategic impulses in total, carried forward into every networking break.

The Fishbowl — Ten charis, two open

At the heart of the day sits the Executive Fishbowl: ten chairs arranged at the centre of the room. Eight are held by thoughtful industry leaders — practitioners who bring pattern recognition from across markets rather than a prepared script. The remaining two chairs stay visibly empty throughout the day, open to anyone in the audience who wants to bring a point, a counterexample or a sharp question directly into the circle.
Of the eight seated leaders, four carry specific topic ownership: for each Hour of Power, these are the designated lead experts who respond first and set the direction of the discussion. The other four sit as general circle voices — present for the full hour, supplementing selectively, and rotating into the foreground as the topics shift from block to block. This keeps the circle coherent rather than fragmented: eight strong voices, sharply briefed, never all competing for the same fifteen minutes at once.

Ten chairs, not a stage: eight leaders carry the topics, two chairs stay open — so every guest in the room knows the circle can be joined, not just watched.

The two open chairs do more than symbolic work. Their visible presence signals, from the moment guests enter the room, that expertise is distributed across the whole space — not concentrated on a stage. Anyone taking one of the open chairs is expected to bring one precise point and return to the audience once it is made, keeping the exchange dense rather than diluted.

Inside an houre of power – The Rhythm

The programme runs as three dense Hours of Power, each bracketed by networking time. The day opens with lunch at noon and closes with a farewell reception at seven — with the live global announcement of the Best Foodvenience Store in the World placed directly after the first Hour of Power, at the point in the afternoon when the room is most fully assembled.

Keynote Snack (×3)

5 min each

A sharp thesis, use case or provocation from the stage — one per strategic topic, no slide deck.

Discussion

15 min

The fishbowl responds: lead experts open, circle voices and open chairs sharpen the exchange.

Across the three Hours of Power, this produces nine Keynote Snacks in total — the most strategically relevant topics of the day, each opened in five minutes and worked through in fifteen. Rather than closing a subject, every discussion is designed to spill over: the nine impulses become the currency of exchange in the lunch, the two networking breaks and the farewell reception that frame the afternoon.

3 Keynote Snacks × 3 Hours of Power =
9 strategic topics — nine impulses carried into every networking break of the day.
