Sandra Schütte is a passionate executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, within the retail and foodservice space. Known for her strong focus on customer needs she has successfully led diverse teams with authenticity and strategic clarity. Currently serving as Head of Business Mobility at Westfalen AG and member of the executive board, Sandra is responsible for the future strategy and transformation of the company’s mobility business (260 retail sites).
Prior to joining Westfalen, Sandra held various senior leadership positions at BP, including Global Food Service Manager, District Manager, and Format & Offer Manager for strategic projects where she piloted several successful concept and product launches. The first 10 years of her career she spent at a food agency (Food Professionals Köhnen AG) working closely with the food industry on new innovative developments. Her background in both family-run agencies and international corporations, reflects her unique blend of local entrepreneurial spirit and global business acumen.
Sandra is known for her innovation expertise, cross-functional project management, and values-based, collaborative and positive leadership style. She has consistently built high-performing teams and believes in achieving sustainable business growth in a fast-pacing industry.
She holds a degree in Oecotrophology (Dipl. Oecotrophologin) from Friedrich Wilhelm University of Bonn.
